Aaryan Roy (Jr. Volunteer & Middle School Participant)

Aaryan Roy is one of the founding members of the Crossroads organization. He is a Middle schooler and he is passionate about mentoring and teaching the younger generation. He received President's Education Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement for 2021. He actively participates in various competitions be it Math, Social Science, Technology, Debate and General Knowledge. He plays sports as well. He loves Fishing. He also engaged in various voluntary and charitable causes example fund raising for 'Feeding America' , Environmental Awareness campaigns and other social issues that impact the younger generation.

Adrija Kundu (Volunteer & Coach)

Adrija is a junior attending the Middlesex County Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Technologies. She is a member of the Roots and Shoots National Youth Leadership Council and has engaged in numerous Roots and Shoots Campaigns and spearheaded community service projects aimed towards raising STEM Awareness. She is passionate about geography and has won numerous accolades in state, national, and international competitions. Adrija is also very interested in the sciences and co-captains her Science Olympiad team which ranked 3rd in NJ last year and fared very well at Ivy League Invitationals. In addition to furthering her knowledge of science through Science Olympiad, Adrija has conducted microbiology research at the Rutgers University Center for Advanced Biotechnology and Medicine and has published a DNA Clone Sequence Analysis on NCBI's Gen Bank. In the past, Adrija has served on Congressman Frank Pallone Jr’s Youth Advisory Council and collaborated with fellow council members to propose 2 legislative agendas.

Mainak Bhattacharya (Sr. Volunteer & Coach)

Maths has always been an area of interest for Mainak and He has been playing with Math tricks & techniques for over a decade now. He is very passionate about sharing the best thing about Math when get to work someone's brain out to do faster calculations in very few steps.

Santu Ghosh (Sr. Volunteer & Coach)

Santu Ghosh has been in academics and Learning and Development space for the past 10 years and experienced in teaching Math and Science. He has consistently been serving as a Math Club Coach in Edison Public School for the last 3 years. Working with Kids is always enjoyed by him and one of his passions that may help engaging Kids into solving various Math Problems, Applying Science into Daily Lives, and Critical Thinking for learning out of the Box.

Anita Amar (Sr. Volunteer & Coach)

IT professional for 20 plus years ,volunteer in various community projects and an Active PTO member for quite a long time.

Satadru Roy (Sr. Volunteer & Coach)

Satadru holds Double Masters in Business Administration major in Finance & Accounting along with 40+ certifications in the Information Technology world. Finance & Accounting is one of his passions. He would like to use this unique opportunity to teach the younger generation fundamentals of Finance & Accounting which is a necessary life skill. He would also like to teach some leadership skills that will help the younger generation to navigate their journey in the corporate world if they wish to choose the same as their career path.
